Case Summary:

An EB-2 NIW (National Interest Waiver) petition approval was granted to a biochemistry Lebanon-born research fellow based in Massachusetts. As part of our services, we helped our client narrow down a list of biochemistry experts who could potentially serve as recommenders. As our client currently resides in the US, he will embark on the final leg of the green card journey by filing an I-485 application (the other option involves undergoing immigrant visa processing for applicants who are based outside the US).
