Case Summary:

A resident physician in internal medicine hired North America Immigration Law Group (WeGreened.com) to help him file an EB-2 NIW (National Interest Waiver) petition. Not only did we demonstrate that our client’s findings greatly benefit the field of internal medicine, we also emphasized that his work is of great importance to the country as a whole since his specialized research has focused on epidemiological studies of drug-resistant pathogens in high-risk patient populations, allowing public health officials and clinicians aware of the need for better antimicrobial stewardship and alternative classes of antibiotics. We successfully convinced the USCIS that his research has provided fresh insights into the mechanical, physical, and biochemical functional changes of cancer patients, enabling doctors to make timelier interventions and administer more precise tests.
