Case Summary:
With a bachelor of medicine and a bachelor of surgery, an assistant professor from India hired NAILG to prepare an EB-1A (Alien of Extraordinary Ability) petition on his behalf. We began to evaluate his credentials before accepting his case. We observed that his strong academic background and extensively documented record of authorship in the field of interventional cardiology make him a perfect candidate for the EB-1A visa category. We agreed to assist him in obtaining the EB1A petition approval. To validate the case and submit it to the USCIS, we were needed to add important details in our client’s petition. Thus, we included the following information in our presentation:
- We noted that his work suggests studying patterns and trends in cardiovascular healthcare delivery in the United States and worldwide. His research certainly addresses some of the most pressing issues in understanding deficiencies in cardiovascular healthcare, extending the rational expectation that he will continue to do so within the United States.
- Going forward, we recorded the 36 peer-reviewed original research articles and 9 peer-reviewed case reports – a productive and exemplary record published by him in some of the most profound journals in the field. Additionally, we detailed our client’s peer-review participation as he judged the work of his peers 100 times for highly acclaimed journals.
- Also, we included 1111 citations of his publications gathered from independent and leading researchers from prestigious institutions around the world, symbolizing the major importance of his work. Moreover, his work has been among the most-cited in the field in the past several years, corroborating that his work has been greatly relied upon in the field of interventional cardiology.
- We compiled 4 recommendation letters obtained by our client to supplement his petition further. He gathered all the letters from other well-known researchers in the field, thereby elaborating on our client’s superior level of accomplishments. According to one of the recommenders:
“He has addressed several of the leading methods to treat and prevent heart failure, and in this way has been a demonstrably valuable asset to the United States. The advantages of [client’s] uninterrupted work are apparent.”
Given all the information, USCIS adjudicated our client’s case, and with the help of premium processing and our constant follow-up, our client received his EB1A approval within 46 days. We thank him for choosing us to represent his case. Our entire legal team would like to congratulate him on his future endeavors.
