For this EB-1A (Alien of Extraordinary Ability) petition, North America Immigration Law Group (Wegreened.com) worked with a Chinese postdoctoral fellow in the field of tissue engineering. His specialized research has focused on applying 3D fabrication techniques to create complex tissue scaffolds, which is critical to developing strategies to cure tissue/organ degeneration and understanding new ways to treat and study cancer.

There is much work to be done in terms of treating cancer. [Client] is doing this work with his tissue engineering and other research. Although our client had a strong case, the USCIS issued a Request for Evidence (RFE), to which we promptly responded and effectively dealt with all doubts about his credentials and qualifications.
